Below we present several of our realisations.

Due to the necessity of maintaining confidentiality, the following projects have been anonymized.

  • Dismantle the complete aluminum extrusion line in western Germany
  • Arrange transport to Vietnam and re-assembly the line at the target site in Song Cong city in northern Vietnam.
  • Unloading and installation 6 electrical injections machines
  • Dismantling 1800T injection machine for transportation
  • Unloading and installation 12 hydraulic injections machines
  • Unloading and unboxing whole electronics production line; almost 20 containers in 2 days,
  • Power supply installation for ventilation system (altogether 3km of cables),
  • Electrical installation for new office rooms and quality department,
  • Moving more than ten machines inside production hall including necessary infrastructure (new electrical, compressed air and chilled water installations, ventilation modification),
  • Safety systems of several machines modification based on SICK elements and PILZ modules (safety curtains, safety mats, electromagnetic locks, automation elements)
  • Busbars modification using Schneider Electric elements of system Canalis – including busbar route modification, busbar trunking replacement, machines connecting,
  • Modernisation of machines construction, making protective covers for potentially dangerous moving elements, etc.,
  • Several dozens of lamp settings replacement and workplace lighting layout modification in production hall.
  • Modification of Herz8 production line in the area of:
  • Whole wiring and piping removal for construction cleaning and painting,
  • Project and realization of new machine programme based on Simatic, project of steering system,
  • Preparation of steering cabinets and operator’s panels,
  • Pneumatic elements assembly and setting (hydraulic cylinders, holding elements, suckers),
  • Type 65S press modification including safety curtains (and making them a part of machine’s automatic process) and table drive power supply connection with inverter,
  • Adjustment of production line for different products: tool replacement system modification including software change,
  • Frame exchange system modification, building new moving frame hangers and supporting stove for material warm up,
  • Frame exchange system modification, building new moving frame hangers and supporting stove for material warm up,
  • Workplace lighting in production hall making,
  • Machines moving inside production hall with infrastructure adjusting (new electrical, compressed air and chilled water installations, ventilation modification),
  • Several dozens of lamp settings replacement under loading area shelter, lamp-post exchange,
  • Smaller electro-installation works, e.g. installing and exchange power sockets, lighting layouts modification, lamp-posts sodium bulbs replacement, etc.
  • Relocation of two silos/containers for asphalt/bitumen. The work needed for this relocation of 16m high and weighting altogether 50 tons containers included:
  • Dismantling of technological installations (several dozens of metres of pipes and cables), platforms and ladders,
  • Turning to horizontal position,
  • Steel supports dismantling,
  • Containers loading in Germany and unloading in Poland.
